EMS Refresher Course
This is an online hybrid course intended to satisfy the NCCP Nation Scope requirements for both EMT's and Paramedic's at Sable Altura. This is a 30+ hours course that blends self-study recorded lectures, research, quizzes and other didactic material with in-person instruction and skills. Students commit to the whole course and the requisite skills days.

Throughout this course, participants will delve into the anatomy and physiology of the heart, explore the principles of electrocardiography, and learn systematic approaches to analyzing 12-Lead EKG tracings. Emphasis will be placed on recognizing normal cardiac rhythms and identifying abnormalities indicative of various cardiac conditions, including myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, and conduction disorders.
