
Course Overview:
This course provides theoretical and hands-on training in the recognition, assessment, and management of hemorrhage and musculoskeletal injuries, with a focus on emergency care and trauma stabilization.

Module 1: Introduction to Trauma & Prehospital Care
- Principles of trauma care
- Primary and secondary survey
- The golden hour and trauma triage
Module 2: Hemorrhage Control
- Physiology of bleeding
- Types of bleeding (arterial, venous, capillary)
- Internal vs. external hemorrhage
- Hemorrhagic shock and its stages

Module 3: Fracture Identification and Classification
- Bone anatomy and physiology
- Open vs. closed fractures

Module 4: Fracture Management Techniques
- General principles of splinting
